Secretary’s Report : Minutes from the June 2015 meeting were read and approved.
Treasurer’s Report: Financial statements as of 6-17-2015 were read and approved.
Committee Reports:
DX: HF has been generally flat. 6 meters has been wide open at times with several operators reporting good runs.
K9IMM reported 400 stations worked in 3 hour period.
Repeater: Repeater working as normal.
DX cluster: W9BG working well as usual.
Website: Working with an updated membership list.
Email reflector: Recent ’glitches’ are being ironed out.
Scholarship: A scholarship in the amount of $1000 will be presented at the August MDXC meeting.
General member info:
W4PAH is now NE4U.
N9MW repairing antennas after some big winds.
N9EM has a T10 up now.
K9IMM continues to tweak the skimmer.
KA9GPY has a new mobile.
Old business:
Accolades for N9LB for 6 years of service as secretary-treasurer- THANK YOU.
A $100 gift to W9YT in appreciation for their support of the W9BG AR-cluster was completed.
New business:
A pending VK9WA expedition contribution was tabled for future consideration.
N9MW made a motion for $250 to go toward the banquet. Motion passed.
