DX: T2 Tuvalu active, TX3X active and closing soon, multiple E5 stations both North and South Cook are active.

Scholarship: Very good shape. Letters are being sent to schools.
General Member Info:
K9APW setting up a 6 meter beacon to be active on 50.060.
K9IBM is addressing zoning issues.
Four MDXC members attended W9DXCC… numbers are down from previous years.
Old Business: Banquet was held at Rex’s and deemed a success.
New Business:
Ed-N9MW made a motion on the separation of the Education Fund and MDXC. (details in the email) Motion carried by voice vote.
The Education Fund will be administered by a 3 member board and organized as an independent organization.
If this doesn’t happen funds will be forwarded to the ARRL schlorship fund.
