DX: 50 MHz DX propagation apparently about over for this year, but HF bands will be improving soon.
DX: 50 MHz F2 layer worlwide DX is a possibility later this fall if the solar numbers continue to improve.

Scholarship:
Discussion about shutting down the scholarship program and forwarding all monies to the ARRL Scholarship program.
The Scholarship committee is looking for input before a decission is made.

Support for the January 2024 Clipperton DXpediton was proposed by Bob-W9EWZ.
A discussion of the merits of this DXpedition followed.
Lloyd - N9LB proposed making a $200 donation. That was seconded and voted on.
A $200 donation to the TX5S Clipperton Island DXpedition was approved.
