DX: Jim-W9GL reports 12m and 10m are awesome right now and propagation will be getting beter as we enter the fall season.
DX: Many DXpeditions to rare DXCC entities will be starting this month and continue thru March 2024
Repeater: N9MW reports that the repeater is not being used and suggests converting to digital
Skimmer: Working
DX Cluster: Ed-N9MW reports that major upgrades to W9BG DX cluster connectivity have been made.

Scholarship: Ed-N9MW reports the Amateur Radio Education Fund of Southwest WI monies may be transferred to the ARRL scholarship program.

If you have not paid your "July 2023 to June 2024" annual MDXC club dues of $20, you are now past due!

New Business:
Proposals for funding XW4DX-Laos, ZD9W-Tristan da Cunha, and CB0ZA-Juan Fernandez were presented for consideration.
Discussion followed and the concensus was that more info is needed, so an email to the membership will be generated regarding these DXpeditions.
