The June MDXC Business Meeting was called to order at 6:30 PM CDST by President Kevin- K9JKP

Secretary’s Report: Minutes from previous meeting posted to madisondxclub.org and accepted as recorded.

Committee Reports:
DX: Bob-W9EWZ reported HF band conditions on 15m and 17m are great.
DX: Bob-W9EWZ reported that the Elvira-5U5K DXpedition is providing many QSO's on the mid and higher bands.
DX: Bob-W9EWZ reported that the FT4GL DXpedition will be limiting contacts to "low power" stations on June 14 & 16.
DX: Bob-W9EWZ reported that the S21ZI-Bangladesh operation is workable on the higher bands.
DX: Bob-W9EWZ reported that Hal-AA7JV ( The "Rig in a Box" guy ) will be operating from Wallis and Futuna
in June in preperation for the Jarvis Island DXpedition coming in August.
DX: Ted-K9IMM reported that 6m DX has been almost completely absent so far this month, hope it improves soon.
Skimmer: The K9IMM Skimmer Antenna was destroyed in one of the recent storms.
Ted-K9IMM expects to have a replacement antenna installed in about a week.

Repeater: Ed-N9MW announced that he has shut down the MDXC 440 Repeater due to lack of use.

Old Business:
Final Nominations for 2024-2025 club officers were called for, no additional nominations were received.
Nominations were then closed.
New Business:
None of the previous nominated officer candidates were contested.
Moved by Ed-N9MW and seconded by Bob-W9EWZ to accept the slate of nominees by acclamation.
A vote by the MDXC membership was taken and passed unanimously.
MDXC Officers for July 1, 2024 to June 30, 2025 are:

Vice President: Dave York - W9DEY,
Secretary-Treasurer: Jim Hugo - KE9ET
Kevin-K9JKP announced that dues for the 2024-2025 year will remain at $20.
